Our Return Policy

You may return the merchandise within 10 days of the purchase date.  

To begin a return please email us at

•  customerservice@vaqueroincusa.com with a brief explanation. 
• Name and address of the buyer information (invoice number and date of purchase) 

Once we receive your response, we will provide a shipping address to send back the merchandise. In addition, the buyer is fully responsible for all shipping charges when returning the merchandise in its original packaging. 

Once we receive the merchandise, and we determine that the product is in its original condition, not be worn, washed, soiled, or altered in any way we will then initiate the refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the bank institution to apply the refund to your account.
